Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
Separately from the voluntary refund above, EU/EEA consumer law generally gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. That right doesn't apply once a trader has started supplying digital content that isn't on a physical disc or similar, if you gave your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you'd lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. Where that consent and acknowledgment weren't validly obtained from you before your purchase, your statutory right of withdrawal still applies in addition to the 14-day window above.
How to request a refund
Email support@thomssen.dev with your license key or the email address you purchased with. That's it.
What happens next
- We refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method through Stripe.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Your license is deactivated once the refund is issued.
After 14 days
Past the 14-day window, refunds are handled case by case - for example, if the software has a defect we're unable to fix. Reach out and we'll take a look.
